The only thing you have to know is that buying online is always better cause you don't pay shops that have to pay rent and stuff. However, there're many more fakes and stuff like that but it might be tricky at first. However, there's much info on the internet about it
That's a great decision. Make sure to find some info before you start cause I didn't and I've stopped in two days the first time because I didn't see any effect. I've decided to try again when I've found this meditation teacher training and it's going great so far. let me know if you need any additional info and good luck in your life
