  I'm really sorry you're so stressed out lately. I totally understand that. This covid situation didn't do any good for anyone. Meditation is not simple as you think so you definitely have to conduct small research before you begin. Some people think it's only about sitting for 10 min and doing nothing but it's far more complicated
