Has anyone tried the sleeper stretch for shoulder tightness or limited range of motion? I recently started adding this stretch to my routine and noticed better flexibility in my shoulder joint.
The sleepers stretch specifically targets the internal rotators - especially the sleeper stretch muscles like the posterior shoulder capsule and rotator cuff - which often get tight from desk work or workouts.
It’s simple to do on the floor or a mat, and I’ve found it really helps with shoulder stiffness and mobility. Great for warm-ups, cool-downs, or recovery days!
