  Suggesting something from the 90s, especially for Halloween, can be a little tricky because most of Halloween's staples are from this decade. The Sleepy Hollow, Chucky, Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare, Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, Mary Shelley's Frankenstein, and many more movies I can suggest you facsimile the looks but it is really up to you what sort of costume do you want because not everyone goes with the spooky stuff for the Halloween right! Or was I the only one who usually goes for the Scarlet Witch Coat featured kind of stuff from the movie?

  You know what this question reminds me of, it's when Hagrid takes Harry to the Diagon Alley to shop, and he's just flabbergasted by seeing magic, even though he knew that the magic exists but seeing it performed by everyone on the street is what shocked him. The point is if you don't know something or haven't tried it before, it doesn't mean it doesn't exist. Yes, you can absolutely wear a costume from a web series; Halloween is about having the looks of your favorite character right! Even if you like the Karate Kid renewed series, yes, you can easily get behind the Black Panther Jacket without making it look weird.
