If Outlook search does not work for you, then you should first check the internet connection. Else, to fix the “Outlook search not working” problem, go to the File menu and click on “Options" followed by tapping on “Search". After this, you have to click on the “Improve search speed" option and see if it helps. After making these changes, do not forget to click on the “OK" option.
