  Kaspersky internal error 2771 also known as Kaspersky certification error occurs due to bad entries from the security page of the antivirus, due to corrupted cache files or due to problems in the registry key. It can also occur when the software fails to install properly or when you update the software. The error can be solved, just follow the methods given here to get rid of this error quickly.

  This Kaspersky error code usually appears as pop-up mainly when you update or install the programme in your device, but sometimes there is no indications. Therefore, look for these indications yourself that proves you are having this error.

    • Remove the INFCACHE.1
    1. Press “Windows” key + “R”.
    2. In the Run box, type “cmd” and then press “Enter” key. The command prompt window appears.
    3. In Command Prompt type “C:\Windows\inf\infcache.1” and then press the “Enter” key.

    Restart your computer and install the Kaspersky Antivirus on your computer again.

    • Clean the Junk in your system.
