At the start of summer, I was excited about my weight loss program, but after a few weeks, my motivation started to fade. The hot weather made workouts feel exhausting, and I craved ice cream more than salads. I questioned if I could keep going. One morning, I scrolled through old photos and reminded myself why I started. I set small goals, celebrated progress, and joined a group for support. Some days were tough, but I found ways to stay on track. As summer went on, I realised staying motivated was about mindset, not just the number on the scale.
