  I always say if your a local business you need to focus on google and the gmb along with social and a lot of local advertising. I know in thewe buy houses market its stiff competition and a good advertising plan goes a long way.

  Hot tubs good when you buy them but hard as heck to get rid of them I buy houses a lot and that is the big issue.
