There are quite a few platforms to watch the dubbed (and/or subbed) version of Anime programs. I have an issue with the word free, first. Nothing by cable or network is free. Streaming cost, whether bundle packaged or not. Watching it via your favorite app (IE, Adult Swim) still costs data; as well as some apps with subscription services.
