“Digital communication” is a term that has been used to refer to the way in which we communicate with each other, and it has become one of those “words you hear about but can’t quite understand.”
Before we delve into that, let’s have a quick look at the ways people have communicated over the years. This is all from an early age; things change as we grow, and so does our understanding of what all this stuff means.
The main kinds of communication are: oral, or face-to-face (with one person communicating with another); written (with words on paper); and electronic (with things like email or web pages). wireless microphone system
All of these are forms of digital communication; faxes and telexes are electronic forms of written communication. In fact, most people communicate in some form via email; text messaging (text messaging) is how most people communicate over the phone (be it cellular or landline).
It can be useful to think about these forms in terms of “digital communication channels” (i.e. whether they replace or supplement face-to-face communication) — depending on the size of your company and its customers, you may need to consider different kinds for different channels. For example, a company like mine will probably use more than one channel for communicating with its customers: it may use emails for internal voice communications and a more generic web platform for public communications.
