  To update your windows 7, 8 or 10 OS:

  • Need to open Windows update by choosing the start button in the lower-left corner. In the find box, type Update, and then, in the given list of results, choose either Windows update or Check for updates
  • Choose the check for updates option and then wait while windows view for the latest updates for your PC
  • If you view a message asking you that important updates are able, or telling you to review important updates, choose the message to see and choose the important updates to download or install
  • In the given list, choose the important updates for further details, choose the checkboxes for any updates that you want to install and then pick OK
  • Now, click Install updates.
