  I’m helping organize a formal celebration in Dubai, and I want it to feel elegant without being boring. I’ve seen events that feel more like lectures than celebrations. If anyone has hired a Ceremonies management company in Dubai, did they help bring some personality to the event while keeping things classy? Any tips or stories would help me a lot.
