black label x where I wasn't getting that shakey irritability anymore which sounds like a long time and it was trying to go through so good on eat to live but I was still having smoothies every morning and then the rest of the day was pasta and crying like that you know but then I slowly but surely got back on it and and I gave up and readjusted to so many of the concepts over the years so started this in 2013 but readjusted to so many of the concepts over the years that they just started to become normal right so not having dairy not having me lowering my salt intake these were all things I kind of didn't do right away I did it in the very beginning for three months right away but then I kind of played with things so for the following years did things slowly like okay now I'm gonna give up dairy no I'm gonna give up sugar and now I'm gonna give up this or that or later on I had to give up dates
