vital alpha testo excited to talk about all this stuff because I have recently changed my lifestyle in approximately like three days I'm going to be posting a video like a sit-down video where I talk about my experience doing vegan keto for my first week I am of course gonna be continuing it but basically to give you guys like the Cliff's Notes version of why I chose to try Kido I have PCOS which is polycystic ovarian syndrome and I have endometriosis I have a lot of like underlying health issues a lot of inflammation of my joints just like weird health issues for people my age so I've been kind of trying different diets I have been trying different like activity levels and exercise and and things like that to try to like heal my body from the inside out essentially and so I decided to try keto and before I get a whole bunch of people commenting down below and keto is like hell it's terrible for you whatever
