I'm going to show you how to cut the lace off your wigs. So as you might be able to tell, I still have the lace on my wig right now. So if this is your first time cutting little lace off your wig, don't be nervous, you'll be fine. So let's go ahead and just get right into it. Alright, so the first thing you want to consider is where you want to cut your lace. And what I mean by that is there's like three main ways I can think of. So the first one being putting the wig on your head and cutting the lace while the wig is on your head. or number two is if you have a cork head, or a styrofoam head, or any kind of mannequin head that you can put your wig on, pin it to the head and then you can cut the lace. While the wig is on a mannequin head, you can do that as well. Or for the third option, if you don't want to do either of those two, you can just have the wig off and in your hands or like in your lap and just have to lace off like that. So all three ways are valid options. It honestly just boils down to like personal preference, which one makes you more comfortable and which one do you think will give you the most control over how you're cutting the lace. That being said, I know a lot of people recommend cutting the wig while the wig is on your head as being the best option. I personally think that when you cut it on your head, it kind of helps the lace form to the shape of your head. I don't know how much truth there is to that. But I know some people like to cut it cut the lace while the wig is on their head because they like to kind of mimic their own hairline. So as they're cutting, they'll kind of like mimic the dips in terms of their natural hairline. Or if they want to like create a with like a widow's peak. If they have one, you can do that as well. I'm not going to mess around with the hairline today. So we're just going to go ahead and get into cutting noise. And I like to use small scissors I feel like it gives you more control. So I'm using nail cutting scissors today. So I'm going to go ahead and start I'm just going to cut right in the middle. And my wig has baby hair. So I'm going to be careful not to cut the baby hairs. So I'm gonna go ahead and make the first snip.

So here's the thing, how much do you cut is like always the question. I know a lot of people say to cut as close to the hairline as possible. I don't like to cut to too much. So always cut less than you think. And then if you need to cut more, you can always cut more after, but I feel like that's like one mistake that you can do is cutting off too much. I do like to leave a little bit of lace. I feel like it helps blend the weight into your skin after especially if you want to use glue or like got to be glued. Having a little bit of extra lace helps you make it blend. So I'm going to go ahead and start cutting. And another tip that I have is not to cut your lace like straight across, but kind of make like little wavy motions, just because if it's straight across, you kind of have that obvious demarcation of like your wig ends here and your skin starts. But if it's like a little bit wavy, it kind of helps for it to blend a little bit better. I know some people use these like fun scissors. I'll put a little picture here so you guys know what I mean. Like the little zigzag scissors. I know some people use that. I don't have one of those. But yeah, if you want to cut and like a little bit of a wavy jaggy pattern, I think it helps to blend the wig to your skin. So I'm using Kerris and a little bit.
And then when you get to this part over here, you can just kind of pull it taut and continue cutting.
Alright, so this is funny has so far so I did cut it fairly close to the hairline but you can still see there is a little bit of lace but it blends really nicely into the skin. So I'm really happy with how this is looking right now. All right, so this is what she looks like with all the lace cut off. I'm super happy with how this turned out.
that depends on the density of the way. So the most popular densities purchase is 130 150 or 180. Now you can go as low as 120 and 100. But that's very thin, I believe the density can go as high as 250. And that's a lot of hair. The hair I have now is a lace frontal black wig. And this is 130 density long wig, and it's very full to me. This is 130 density. This is 150 density. So the higher the density, the more hair in the wig and the more the wig is going to cause.I also prefer choose a blonde wig as well as the black wig.
So when purchasing a full lace wig, or a 360 wig, anyway, you want to make sure you have the correct cap size. So, wigs come in small, medium and large, you want to make sure you have your exact size or a little bit bigger. Now if you do purchase a wig that's a little bit bigger, it's okay because you can sew it you know, you can cut it and sew it together and you can use elastic bands, combs and clips. But if you purchase a wig that's too small, ah, it's going to be very hard to adjust that wig on your head, okay, it's going to be too snug, it's probably going to hurt is not going to feel comfortable, or it's just not going to fit at all you have to return and get your money back, give it to somebody or something. But it's best to go up a size or get your exact size you do not want to win that is too small for your head.
When purchasing a full lace wig or 360 wig, you can purchase glueless or a wig that's going to require glue. So as you see here in the middle of the screen, both of these wigs are glueless. Okay, they have the elastic bands, combs and clips, which means that when you're installing the wig at the bottom of the hair, you can adjust it with the elastic adjustable band and you can stick the combs in. Now if the wig was not glueless and it requires glue that means it does not have an adjustable elastic band at the bottom and it does not have any combs or clips is just lace at the bottom of the wig which requires glue tape or for you to sew it so the bottom of the wig can be tapped down. So if you're thinking about wearing a wig, that's you know that you can take on and off, make sure you get a glueless wig if you want it to be laid and stuck down on your head, then make sure you get a way that's not loose so you can glue it down or use tape any kind of adhesive that we'll have to tack down.
Last, you can also choose to buy some parisian hair weave and a lace closure to sew your own wig, that will save lost of money!
when you first purchased your wig and you start to see a lot of shedding going on, that means you have a bad quality hair you order from bad company, it should not just start to shed immediately, but over time it will shed due to bleaching of the knives, combing the hair. it says simply washing the hair so it will begin to shed and just think about it like our hair sheds a little little every day. Okay. That means a hand made wig with hair tied to a knot is going to shed just as well.it is very important to choose a best wig outlet wen you buy your wig!
Now, these wigs are not made to last forever, okay, you can maybe get one whole year out of these wigs if you purchased from me one to two years, but that's only with proper maintenance and care. So before purchasing these wigs, really think about Are you ready to take good care of these wigs? Are you ready to maintain these wigs? Another popular question I get is which one of these wigs last longer? Well any high qality hair can last one to two years with proper maintenance and care. But generally a full lace wig is going to shed faster than a 360 wig or a lace closure wig. And that's just because you have hair tied to a lace around the entire wig. If you're thinking about longevity of the wig, I would go with the 360 wig just because it wouldn't shed as faster because there's not much hair tie to lace is only around the perimeter and you can always change out the 360 lace frontal with another lace frontal. if you make this wig or so, as far as the full lace wig. Once you start shedding and balding in certain areas, you're gonna have to either throw it away, give it away just throw it out, rotate it out because you can't fix that. you just have to end up, and buying another half lace wig.
Today I'll be talking about the difference between a full lace wig and a 360 lace wig. I'll be going over the difference between the two and which one is best for you. You may contact us with any questions that you may have after reading this post. So here I have a full lace wig, which is a factory made with with hair tied to a lace, and you have lace throughout the entirety of this wig. Here I have a 360 wig and it's a factory made wig as well. And you have lace around the circumference of this wig with webs or bundles with sewn in between the wig with the machine. So as you can see here, you can park around the perimeter of this wig here.
A 360 wig can be made by yourself, It does not have to be made by the wig supplier. you can purchase a 360 lace frontal and Tootle four bundles and sew them in the middle of the wig. But for A full lace wig, you cannot make this wig. It is generally made by a factory. So a full lace wig is going to be a little bit more pricier than a 360 wig. But both wigs cost more than a closure wig and a frontal wig. So with a full lace wig, and a 360 wig, the prices can start at 0 and range all the way to 300 plus dollars. So when we're investing our money into these wigs, you want to be very, very cognizant of taking good care of these wigs, treating it as if it's your own hair because you don't want to spend 0 for with that last three months. Now the full lace wig cost a little bit more because it's more versatile. It has parking space throughout the wig, you can do cornrows, you can do half up half down, you can do pigtails with this wig, the 360 wigs you can’t do a lot of up do sets and bonds and high ponytails. So this wig is a little bit more versatile and gives you a little bit more versatility than the 360 wig.
