  Polyethylene fiber mesh laminated with foil is very popular in HVAC industry. It can used for wrapping the air ducts and laminating the glass wool or rock wool thermal insulation, duct board joints applications. It can be either easy tear or hard tear as per customers requirements. In the meantime, it has very good flame resistance.

  Process of reinforced aluminium tape  Production

  First, we weave the PE fiber mesh to different patterns. Then, laminate the PE mesh onto the aluminum foil. This process can enhance the tensile strength. There are different facing materials. Such as heat sealing foil scrim facing, Metalized PET foil scrim, glass cloth foil, double sided foil with kraft in between, etc. These materials are called reinforced aluminum foil.

  Second, we coat with very high bond solvent based, natural rubber or synthetic rubber, hot melt adhesive on the basing material by our glue coating lines.

  Finally, we use our lathe slitting machines to cut the jumbo rolls to different standard or nonstandard width and length of small rolls.
