Shanghai Eight Roll Book New Material Technology Co., Ltd is a high-tech company dedicating to R&D vacuum insulation panel (VIP) and thermal packaging solutions. Besides that, we also manufacture roller bearings for refrigerators.
Our company has equipped with the most advanced production line of core materials, vacuum-pumping machines, thermal conductivity testing facilities and packaging equipments with strong capacity of mass production and supply. We are the leader in thermal packaging industry for manufacturing Vacuum Insulted Panel (VIP). With every technical criteria reaching or even beyond the standard of ASTM, our VIP not only succeeds in the SGS testing, but also passes the REACH and EU RoHS directive. The VIP products we produced are in line with green initiative and safe use. The company provides professional solutions for refrigeration, cold chain, temperature control packaging and buildings. By far, our products have been sold and used in more than 10 countries, such as USA, Turkey, India, Mexico, Germany, Japan, Korea, Russia, New Zealand, Australia, Thailand. Our products have been unanimously praised by all customers.
5 years ago, our joint venture factory was established in Zhejiang Province. Since then, we have also been collaborating with our Japanese partners on developing and producing roller bearings for refrigerators. We mainly manufactures deep groove ball bearings, miniature bearings and plastic pulleys. Our products have been widely used in household appliances, office equipments, electronics, instruments, fishing gears, power tools and electric toys. So far, our products have been sold and used in more than 50 countries, such as Japan, Germany, Europe, America, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions.
Globalization is regarded as a new perspective by our company. By far we have established three series of products, including insulation materials, cold chain transportation and home appliances accessories. We dedicate ourselves to serve customers with high-quality products and services.

①Vacuum insulation panel
For our vacuum insulation panel, we can make the K value below 1.8mW/m.K, and can also produce VIP sandwich with PU plate to protect it, so it would be not easily damaged. Our vacuum insulation panel can advance the energy efficiency of many residential and commercial products such as home appliances, commercial refrigeration, home building, refrigerated shipping and transport, in technology & industry as well as in automobiles and aircraft.
②Thermal packaging solutions (Cooler Box)
Thermal packaging solutions, such as cooler boxes and ice packs, are widely used for cold shipping including food & pharmacy which has the demand of cold storage.

③Bearing roller
We are also a professional manufacturer specialized in producing and selling plastic coated bearings, sliding door & window pulley, furniture drawer guide pulley and refrigerator drawer pulley. Our bearings and pulleys have the excellent features of smooth sliding, low temperature resistance , anti-friction, low noise and vibration, strong load capacity, anti-oxidation and long lifespan. Classify them by shape, there are mainly U-shaped groove guide pulley and rolling pulley. Our bearings are widely used in household appliances (refrigerators, shredders, dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, range hoods), financial equipment (cash-counting machine), power and pneumatic tools, textile machinery, sports equipment, office furniture, auto parts(windscreen wiper, window lifter, seat), as well as transmission devices for doors and windows.
By far our main customers are Mitsubishi Electric, Hitachi Electric Japan(refrigerator drawer pulley), Sofia Wardrobe France, and the German brand of vacuum cleaners.
