  If you get that your Dell printer is not printing in black color then it may be your black ink toner is empty. Let’s see how you can fix this issue.

  1. Buy a brand new black ink toner.
  2. Remove all taps from your toner.
  3. Remove the old ink cartridge and install the new one there.
  4. Take a test print and then check if the printer is printing in black color.
  5. In case of trouble remain same as earlier call on Dell technical support number 1-800-234-6190.
