It's been years and years since I've experienced any bursitis pain but starting yesterday morning and into today, I seem to have a pretty bad case in my left shoulder. I have a small container of CBD cream at home. I'm wondering if anyone has tried CBD on a bursitis-ridden joint and if you have noticed any relief. I have allowed myself to slip into a "dirty Keto" diet and I'm suffering the consequences. When I was strict Keto, all of various joint problems (bursitis, arthritis, gout, etc.) disappeared and I mean totally. But my body reacts poorly to even the slightest deviation from a good, wholesome, carnivore heavy, Keto diet. And it also reacts to the coming cold weather. My skin tells me when winter is about to set in. Anyway ... if anyone has some good remedies for bursitis pain ... I'm all ears.
