  It is the visa for skilled workers in Australia to live and work as permanent residents. The 190 visa  requires skill assessments for the occupation. It is a point-tested visa. Eligible applicants can work and live in Australia. They can sponsor their relatives and become an Australian citizen.

  No, you cannot apply for the spouse visa Sydney directly. The visa process requires you to apply for the temporary partner visa 820 first. Only the partner visa 820 holders are eligible to apply for the permanent partner visa 801.

  Overseas students who want to study in Australia apply for the student visa 500 Sydney. The visa is granted for 5 years. Approval eligibility of the visa depends on several factors. One factor is the Confirmation of Enrolment or CoE. It is submitted with the visa application for approval of the visa. For each course, it is mandatory to submit a CoE.

  It is a temporary skill shortage visa for Australia that allows employers to sponsor a person from overseas to work their office. After working for 3 years, applicants can be eligible to apply for permanent residence visa for Australia.

  Yes, partner visa is one of the most expensive visas. You may have to pay around $7160 each which is for base free. Charges can vary depending on your age. Besides the application fee, a police check and medical exam can cost you extra.
