    Mutual consent refers to the agreement between husband and wife. All dividends and maintenance were decided already before divorce. If you include the maintenance during divorce on agreement then you can claim for alimony otherwise not.

    But there is also one other relief for the bride, she can take her opinion for alimony if she is dependent financially on her husband then she can claim for maintenance even if it is not included in the agreement.
