Is Anyone Actually Using HouzzPro for Emails Successfully?

    Hi everyone,

    I’m hoping to get some advice from those of you who’ve been using HouzzPro longer than I have. I’ve been running into a lot of frustrations with the CRM, especially around email communication and organization, and I’d love to hear how others are navigating it.

    Some of the biggest challenges I’m facing:

    • There doesn’t seem to be a true Gmail/HouzzPro integration. The Chrome extension doesn’t sync directly into the CRM, so emails feel disconnected.

    • All outgoing emails come from notifications@houzz.com rather than my business domain, which feels unprofessional.

    • There’s no way to “reply all” or keep everyone looped in on a thread, which makes communication with clients and contractors clunky.

    • Messages are split across different tabs within each project, and there’s no central place to view everything at once. It’s easy to miss important details.

    For the cost of this platform, I expected a more streamlined solution, and right now it feels messy and inefficient.

    Has anyone figured out effective workarounds for these issues? Do you rely solely on the CRM, or are you supplementing with another tool (like Gmail or another email platform) to keep things organized?

    Any advice or insight would be hugely appreciated—I really want to make the most out of this investment, but right now I’m struggling to see how to use it efficiently.
