First of all, you have to locate the Resume/Cancel button on the top panel of your printer. Now, simply press the Resume/Cancel button and you are requested to hold it until the alarm lamp flickers 17 times. When it is done, you can release the button. The factory reset sometimes fixes the most common problems. Also, you have to reconnect your ij.start.cannon with your desired Wifi after resetting.
