Then, copy and move the company file to this new location.
While using QuickBooks in Multi-User Mode:
First, go to the following location first: Windows >> Programs >> QuickBooks and then to QuickBooks Database Server Manager.
Then, click on the option to Scan Folders.
After that, hit the Add a new folder option if you can not locate the folder having your company file, and then click Scan.
When the scanning is completed, close the file and open the company file again.
