A kamikaze driver sowed panic on Friday night on the TF-5 , after joining it in the opposite direction at the exit of the El Bohío service station , at the height of La Matanza de Acentejo.
As a result of this imprudence, the driver collided with two vehicles and two people were slightly injured , as confirmed by the Emergency and Security Coordination Center (CECOES) 1-1-2 of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The injured, two young people aged 10 and 20, were transferred to the Hospiten Bellevue University Hospital after being treated first by the Canary Islands Emergency Service (SUC).
The driver was apparently under the influence of alcohol.

Highway personnel from the Cabildo de Tenerife were in charge of clearing the road and Civil Guard agents instructed the corresponding proceedings.
