Editing Wikipedia while having a conflict of interest is not prohibited. Posting anything that encourages or markets a subject, however, is prohibited. The website Wikipedia is non-profit. As a result, businesses cannot submit sponsored material. Editors will either delete content that they find to be paid for. They do it to maintain a reality and spotless website.  The posting of adverts by Wikipedia specialists should be avoided to prevent conflict. A significantly better result is obtained by individuals who appreciate Wikipedia and handle it like an encyclopedia.
