When you Connect Bank Account to QuickBooks Online. QuickBooks retrieves the most recent available transactions for several banks every night around 10 p.m. PT. Depending on your internet speed, some may take a little longer. To access the most recent available transactions, you can manually update your account at any moment. Before starting, refresh the bank feeds: 

• Navigate to Banking and select the Banking option.

• Then choose Update.

This automatically updates all of your bank and credit card accounts. You must review and categorize the trsanctions after downloading them. The following are the measures to take:

• Proceed to the Banking Department.

• Now, select the tile for the account you wish to examine.

• To begin your review, choose the For review tab.
