Trash can contain hazardous materials, leading to water and soil contamination and increasing public health risks. A city's trash is not just a nuisance. It can also cause a health hazard for the people living in the city. The quantity of waste generated by human activities has been increasing steadily over time; there are many ways to reduce this. One way is to clear rubbish from cities and municipalities using municipal waste management systems such as recycling, composting, or burning.

Cities need rubbish clearance because it creates an environmental problem you can not ignore. Municipalities also need to remove trash because they have a duty toward their citizens who are affected by garbage disposal practices such as smell, littering, water pollution, noise pollution, etc.
