There are a variety of ways to book a  Zoom Cloud Meetings. Meetings should be scheduled at least a year in advance of the date of the meeting.

A non-recurring meeting ID will expire 30 days after the scheduled meeting date. Recurring meeting IDs are valid for 365 days following the last occurrence of the meeting.
