Hey everyone, I’m exploring options for personalised pin badges and could use some real-world input. I’ve got a rough idea in mind, but I’m still figuring out what actually works once a design turns into metal. Size. Finish. Enamel vs something else. The little stuff that doesn’t show up in mockups.

If you’ve made pin badges before—good or bad experiences—I’d love to hear what you’d do differently now. What details mattered more than you expected? What choices ended up being a mistake? I’m open to creative suggestions too, not just production tips.

Basically, I’m trying to avoid rookie errors.
