Hosa Road seems to be a promising residential location due to its proximity to Electronic City and Sarjapur Road, along with improving infrastructure and upcoming metro connectivity.

I’ve noticed that several new projects in this area offer modern amenities like gated security, clubhouses, landscaped gardens, and spacious 2 BHK and 3 BHK layouts, which makes it attractive for families and working professionals. The area also appears to have good access to schools, hospitals, supermarkets, and daily conveniences.
