Annoying Chinese manicure sets. Either the nippers are not tightly compressed, the scissors are dull, or the nail file leaves much to be desired. I bought a glass nail file, I'm very happy. Still, I would like to have a normal full-fledged set for manicure at home. Recommend a brand of manicure nail scissors or a place to buy, please!
