Definitely you should because it is pretty convinient I guess. I recommend this rental service https://rental24h.com/portugal/lisbon-airport most of all. We've rented cars here multiple times over the years and can honestly say that they have the best prices and selections. so far never had any issues. what you pay is what you get. i always recommend this site to anyone looking for carrentals abroad. Hope it will make sense for you. Good luck

I recently rented a car at Heathrow. I checked several websites beforehand. Europcar came out best and by a not-insignificant amount. But caution: they will put HUGE pressure on you to upgrade when you go to pick up your reserved car. "We don't actually have that exact model available at the moment. But for just another 20 pounds a day I can put you in a really nice..." After 20 minutes of haggling, the model I had reserved magically appeared. I also got zinged for extra to have my wife as a co-driver, extra for Heathrow being a "prime" rental location, and extra for something else I forget, none of which was mentioned in the original contract. Actually, maybe the bit about 'surcharge for prime rental locations' was in there in six-point type somewhere.
