Innovage MP3 Player

I bought my daughter an Innovage mp3 player and mp3 clock radio combo for Christmas this past year. I have had such a great experience with Innovage that I decided it's only right I let everyone else know what a wonderful company this is.
The Innovage Mp3 player is very snazzy for its price range. When you first see it, it will make you wonder whether it's an iPod or not. The similarities in the look of the iPod and the Innovage Mp3 player are remarkable but you can spot the difference right off by noticing the keypad has four buttons rather than the clickwheel that iPod sports. The display screen on the Innovage is a tad bit smaller than that featured on the iPod but not by much. My daughter is so happy with her Mp3 player that she doesn't feel the slight bit jealous of her brother who got the iPod for Christmas. My daughter converts youtube videos to mp3 files for free here - https://yt-tomp3.com/.

The user interface that comes with the Innovage is very easy to use. It has a menu of eight options that pop up right when you turn it on. They are easy to scroll through and there is minimal browsing needed. It might seem that because the Innovage Mp3 player is a lower end product it doesn't have a lot to offer and that is where you would be mistaken. This little guy not only holds songs but also has the ability to store photos and playback video. You have to have the 8GB model with iPod to watch videos. Innovage Mp3 also has a built in microphone for voice recording and an equalizer to ensure that it sounds as good as you want it to.

Don't get me wrong, the Innovage Mp3 player won't be shoving the Apple iPod out of the market any time soon but it is a fairly nice device considering it falls on the scale of Mp3 players. I looked at several different brands of Mp3 players before purchasing the one I did and I found that most of them were selling for around the neighborhood of $69 and up. The Innovage sold for $50 at Gottschalks and for fifty bucks it makes a great gift for those kids who are in the tween years, a time when they want electronics but don't quite need something as expensive as the iPod.

My daughter's Innovage Mp3 player died a week after she opened it up. You might be wondering why I would want to write a positive review for a product that broke down right off the bat. The reason I believe in this product is not because of the product itself but because of the customer service I received from Innovage itself.

When the Mp3 player broke down the first thing I did was search in the back of the manual for a tech support phone number. I reached them on the first try and informed them that the Mp3 player was frozen and simply would not charge no matter how long we left it plugged into the computer. Right away Innovage was willing to send me a wall charger that did not even come with the package I bought to begin with, free of charge. When that did not solve the problem with the Mp3 player once again I contacted Innovage. They apologized and agreed to mail me a complete replacement and I could even choose a new color if I wanted to. They did all this without asking me to send them the damaged one first or for a copy of the receipt. I received the new Mp3 player in a few short days and was surprised to find that they had thrown in a few extra accessories for free. This is the kind of customer service I dream of. If for no other reason than that, I would buy Innovage products before looking at another brand.
