How to be in shape?

    Hello, I am working out constantly and still cannot lose fat. What I am doing wrong? Are there any other ways to achieve my goal results?

    Sometimes it's possible you have health related issues which are not allowing you to lose fat. Do you have any disorders? If not - here are the 3 main steps on how to lose weight:

    1. Eat a healthy, balanced diet with plenty of whole foods and avoid processed and high-calorie foods.
    2. Exercise regularly, aiming for at least 30 minutes of activity a day, and gradually increasing the intensity and duration over time.
    3. Practice portion control and avoid overeating.
