    To install and set up QuickBooks Database Server Manager, follow these steps:

    Download QuickBooks Database Server Manager:

    Visit the official QuickBooks website and log in to your account.
    Go to the Downloads & Updates section.
    Select your QuickBooks product and version.
    Click on the Download button to download the installation file for QuickBooks Database Server Manager.

    Install QuickBooks Database Server Manager:

    Locate the downloaded installation file on your computer and double-click on it to run the installer.
    Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed with the installation.
    Accept the license agreement and choose the installation location.
    Select the installation type (Typical or Custom) based on your preferences.
    Click on the Install button to begin the installation process.
    Wait for the installation to complete and click on Finish when prompted.

    Set up QuickBooks Database Server Manager:

    After the installation, open QuickBooks and log in to your company file as the administrator.
    Go to the File menu and select "Utilities" > "Host Multi-User Access".
    In the Multi-User Access window, click on Yes to confirm that you want to enable multi-user access.
    In the QuickBooks Database Server Manager, click on the "Scan Folders" tab.
