Curious about swapping pickups in one of my RS 502s. While I enjoy the soapbar style Yamaha pickups I'm wondering if anyone has swapped theirs out with a humbucker of some kind? To me, the old Les Paul Deluxe small humbucker would be a great option as would the small Dimarzio that looks like it might drop right in. I've no idea what the specs are for the cavity in the RS 502. Anyone done any after market pickup swapping? Does anyone know the specs of the pickup cavity for future reference? Any info appreciated.

I haven't changed them; I am still using my RS 502s and need more information about them to make the final decisions. I read reviews online and watched youtube tutorials for comparison. However, I feel nothing compares to honest and genuine opinions from people with the same passions and interests as you in this domain. Moreover, I read some comments on this platform called Iron Age Accessories. It's the platform I usually use to get my nets accessories. The opinions were pretty impartial, and I couldn't decide which team to join.
