Which supplements do you take and why?

    I just eat good and healthy, and walk a lot in nature, nothing else.

    I take many vitamins such as Vitamin C, D, and Zinc to have an immune system, and I also take spirulina to reduce blood pressure. I recently started taking testosterone boosters from https://www.healthcanal.com/sexual-health/best-testosterone-supplements-for-women because some friends recommended them to me. I take them primarily to increase my testosterone levels because it is low for me, and because of that, I am very lazy, and it is difficult for me to have a good result at the gym and at the same time to increase my sex drive. That's great. I like the effects of these testosterone boosters.
