I recently injured my knee in a skiing accident. As I sit here nursing it back to health and looking forward to a possible surgery, climbing is on my mind as a low impact way to work out.
I’m thinking top rope only and being super careful with the knee until doc gives me the green light. Does anyone have any experience with a sprained knee and climbing?
