Now this is where it gets interesting! Iffie hints this to put a smile back on Juliet's face, you (your character) should wear a pair of cat ears!
To locate the materials, either have Gertrude to get hair that is loose or comb a cat. Subsequently, return to Iffie and give the loose cat hair to her to turn you into a pair of cat ears. Return to Juliet wearing these ears, once you've gotten the merchandise and talk to her to cheer up her.
