Madden NFL 18 update 1.12 is available to download. The latest patch for EA’s popular football game fixes one major bug that had been impacting the game’s trade meter in franchise mode. Players could not see feedback on trades, which made it difficult to acquire deals done.

Gameplay Updates
Added logic in order that the Weak Box exploit manager isn't going to trigger vs. AI-controlled opponents (penalty leads to frequent pancake blocks through the offense)
Addressed a problem causing QBs while using Gunslinger Ability to throw touch passes as an alternative to bullet passes
Addressed a challenge that would occasionally prevent ball carriers from being tackled directly after having a broken tackle animation
Addressed a concern causing defenders to occasionally quit on the play during some broken tackle animations
Addressed the jumping sideline catch animation that may often force players to land beyond bounds
Added a fix to disable the 10-second runoff in the event the team which is winning uses a penalty with under a minute left inside half or game
Added fixes to aggressive pass rush to aid ensure defenders have a chance to jump offsides it doesn't matter what formation the defense happens in (including Nickel 3-3-5)
Developer Note: The Weak Box exploit manager was introduced in 2010 to encourage players to increase match the offensive personnel about the field when attemping to defend the run, especially heavy run sets with eight or maybe more run blockers inside tackle box. Due to a wide range of valuable feedback from the players, we discovered the AI can get hit at this inadvertently which has been never the intent with the exploit manager.
