Event Details

  • Fortnite's latest limited-time mode may be temporarily postponed. Shortly after the Close Encounters event began, Epic Games announced on Twitter an issue was discovered and also the mode was being disabled across all platforms--PS4, Xbox One, PC, and iOS--while the developer investigated it. [Update: Close Encounters was briefly live again, but Epic has acknowledged players' concerns along with it and replaced it with Solid Gold v2 again.] Close Encounters was slated to become the second new limited-time mode in Fortnite: Battle Royale now, following around the heels of Solid Gold v2, which began together with the release of a few.2 content update. In contrast to Solid Gold, Close Encounters mode concentrates on "close quarters combat" and simply features shotguns as well as the newly added jetpacks. Epic hasn't provided any more details around the unspecified issue it discovered in Close Encounters, only noting how the mode continues to be taken out with the rotation although it works to address the issue. Likewise, the developer didn't announce a moment frame when Close Encounters will return amongst players. In the meantime, players can still take part within the aforementioned Solid Gold v2, that will still be available inside rotation to get a limited time. Like the previous iteration in the mode, every weapon that drops in Solid Gold is from the Legendary variety, and certain goods like the Chug Jug, Launchpad, and Special Grenades spawn with https://www.mmoah.com/madden-mobile
