There are so many food options for North Americans, with so many different palates and nationalities.
One company was the one I spoke to the other day. They make bratwurst for festivals. To increase their business, they have added a deep fryer on to their outdoor cooking equipment. They plan to add a thick potato chip made with different spices and herbs to their menu.
