Unless sega gets the Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta capability to do something in their host, I don't understand exactly what you expect sega to perform about their actual sites. Not to mention they can simply make more.Look at the recent case of bungie vs ideal goal. It takes a lot for a business to cope with such things, its a slow calculated legal procedure.
I always assumed you could incorporate your version of the events to report in the text box which SEGA, consequently, will be tasked with crosschecking prior to carrying out further actions.
He suggests reporting the external websites - outside of buy meseta pso2 to SEGA for their hands to look after it.
It's a bit of a tricky job - to be fair, as it is a whole slew of legal issues and debate... but it is one which might soon need crossing. (as of his follow-up comment on such as of posting this- posting the actual website also quasi-promotes their articles sadly.)
And yes, the solution is always quite complex, unless we for some reason want to verify out identities online, which is probably the most despised solution ever implemented on history.I would hate that too, but let's face it. Guilt tripping just doesn't work anymore, and it's beginning to feel like there was never a time as it actually did, even though I had been there myself.
