Signs of pregnancy

    • The following few symptoms may tell you that you are expecting a baby - before you have a pregnancy test or confirmed by your gynecologist.

    1. Skipping menstruation

Menstruation may be omitted as early as two weeks after fertilization. But while pregnancy is the most well-known reason why she missed menstruation, it is not the only one . Nor does it have to be 100% proof that you are expecting a baby. On the other hand, there are women who have a mild period until, for example, the sixth month of pregnancy!

    2. Morning sickness

    1. اعراض الحمل انسايد

They affect most pregnant women - an estimated 50% of future mothers suffer from them . But even though they are called "morning", you can suffer from nausea all day or at night. They usually disappear after the first trimester.

    3. Frequent urination

As progesterone levels increase and the embryo begins to produce CG hormone, blood flow to the pelvic area increases, leading to  pressure on the bladder . This is why most pregnant women need to go to the toilet more often.

    4. Increased fatigue

Metabolism is accelerated at the beginning of pregnancy to nourish the developing baby, so your body is exposed to more effort. All of these changes can lead to fatigue and a  desire to sleep .

    5. Sensitive breasts

If your breasts start to ache soon after fertilization, it may be an indicator of hormonal changes in your body and a sign of pregnancy. Tension and chest pain usually disappear during the second trimester .

    6. Strange tastes

Do you suddenly feel like something completely unhealthy or even inedible ? This, too, can be a sign of pregnancy and can mean that some foods suddenly taste differently than before and that you will not like what you literally loved before.

    7. Smell

Due to hormonal changes, you may notice that  some odors and smells make you sick , such as kitchen odors, but also perfumes. The chemical composition of your skin changes and everything can smell differently to you.

    8. Vaginal discharge

A discharge without itching and burning may also be a sign of pregnancy. The cervix creates a mucus plug that blocks the opening of the vagina and thus helps protect the baby from infections.
