Looking at the list, it is easy to find some coordinators who imitate (check a bunch of OCs in the Patriots who have been with HC for a long time) and the total scores of the masters, and see which the CPU will hire coordinators to post HC faster. Not later.

You can still be a trick, but if you are a user alliance or want a stable simulation experience, I suggest you don't use it. You dissolve your current HC, OC, and DC, hire three new ones, and disband a new one. Then reuse the old one. No employee will refuse, and you will receive a one-time bonus of 82 employee points to start your franchise. It is annoying to join the pre-order reward of 102 employee points, but the pre-order reward information repeated once a week is very irritating.

The recommended internal rules for adding extra value to a single franchisee and making employees more gamified are based on the employee's application plan. So, if HC is Base 4-3 and DC is 4-3 Under, you can only use one of these two schemes. If you want to change the plan, you need to fire/hire a new HC or DC to match the program (e.g., transition to a 3-4 defense). The softcore extension of this mode only allows the use of scripts listed under the permitted scheme. In contrast, the hardcore extension of this mode only allows the use of specific hands listed under your HC, OC or DC (to find out OC or DC, you need to dismiss them, Check the profile and hire them again). This can be difficult for people who want to use more unique programs (such as Air Raid, Pistol, 46 Defense, and 34 Storm), and these programs have almost no coaches. This is a feature suggested by EA to EA, and there has been some positive feedback, but I don't think it will be an updated setting.
