    • You must also check for the internet service because without proper internet service, you won’t be able to send or receive any emails.
    • Make sure that there is ample space in your inbox for the new emails. If the space is full, delete the previous emails from the inbox or other folders.
    • You can also try to reset the inbox filter to allow the emails to come directly to the top of the pile.
    • You should also check the blocked user's list to make sure that you haven’t blocked the sender.
    • You can also try to clear the connected accounts on the Outlook which will allow you to have ample space for a single account.
