An Introduction To Odoo eSignature Module

    The signature module is used to get signed and approve the documents online. Using this module, you can upload your PDF and drag & drop the required fields, you can complete the signature requests in seconds and track the status of sent documents.

    Sign: The landing page for this module. On this page, you can see the signed documents according to their current state (Sent, Fully Signed, canceled).

    Template for Sign: This Page showing the already uploaded documents for which signature is required. Three buttons are there:

    Send a Request: You will be navigated to a list of templates created. You can select any template and send a request via clicking the button SEND A REQUEST.

    Sign Now: By clicking on Sign now you can perform an action immediately.

    Upload a PDF Template: 

    You can upload a new template, click the button UPLOAD A PDF TEMPLATE then drag & drop your required field on it. 

    After drag & drop the required fields you can select here whether the field is mandatory or not & VALIDATE. 

    You can check a mail template requesting a signature. Here, You can add the employee and the customer whose signature is required and also the messages. Click the SEND button to send the mail.

    Via clicking the three dots, you can access more info on it.

    From the preview page, you can sign the document. For that click the SIGN NOW button.

    CLICK TO START & proceed.

    Click ADOPT AND SIGN & You can see the initials done in the document.

    Sign Roles: You can Add sign Roles by clicking on the Create button.
