How to Do Tawaf and Say’ee during the Hajj and Umrah

    Solutions for Pilgrims

    When performing Tawaf, you must carry a water bottle with you and drink it after each round. It will also be an exercise if you eat before beginning Tawaf and Sai. If you experience any discomfort, you must carry Vaseline and a painkiller with you.

     

    Hold each other's hands firmly during Tawaf. Start Tawaf from the Blackstone and complete one round. Keep a Tasbih of seven stones in your hand. This will help you remember how much Tawaf you performed.
