    • Keep your jaw open and push your fist upward.

    •   Open your mouthand purse your lips slightly. 
    • Place your index fingers against the corners of your mouth. 
    • Pull the corners of your mouth out with your index fingers and try to protrude your lips.
    • Keep holding this position for 6 seconds. Repeat it 5 to 10 times.

    This exercise can help to make your lips fuller.

    • Try to pull your lower lip forward to touch your upper lip
    • Next, squeeze your lips together while turning both of your lips inside as though you were trying to hold something in place with them.
    • Keep holding this position for 6 seconds. Repeat it 5 to 10 times.
